Standard Speed Single Side Labelling

  • With the servo driven motors working in conjunction with the smart sensors various products of mixed dimensions can be handled in a single run .This reduces line stoppages and increases throughput, generating cost savings, whilst minimising production interruptions. This allows for greater operational efficiency across YOUR production lines.
  • Being all electric with no compressed air means a reduction in running costs by up to £3000 per line per year. This prioritisation of sustainability in YOUR production reduces energy related costs by up to 25% whilst optimising labelling processes to minimise CO2 emissions.
  • The print and apply label system allows for highly accurate label placement due to the 12 advanced smart sensors eliminating label placement issues and the associated costs of rework. Maximising operational efficiencies and reducing labour costs by 80K per year on average

The linear donation TAMP is a system which ensures that product of various sizes can be handled concurrently, including mixed dimensions, in one production line run.

Product Summary

The TAMP is the standard labelling method and is frequently used in all industries. It can be used to apply labels to one side of a product. This can be the top, bottom or side face. With the help of the integrated sensors, the TAMP can recognise the product surface and react to products of different sizes. This increases flexibility and consistency and reduces errors. The dispensing arm is driven by a servo motor. This enables high speeds, precise and repeatable positioning and easy adjustment via the integrated touch control panel.

Key Features

  • Lightweight design allows for the quickest snap-action return. This allows for optimal label transfer time, without adding damaging force to the product
  • Largest range of label dimensions – from 1” to 6” wide 0.5” to 14” long; Multiple sizes possible on the same pad with ZERO changes
  • Long-life belt actuation – easy cleaning and maintenance – no metal particles due to wear as seen on other electric systems
