XL5000 Message size up to 53mm by 300mm
The XL5000 has been designed with the functionality to meet 80% of market requirements and provide a cost-effective solution to print on smooth materials such as packaging film, a label or paper. The XL5000 is suitable for printing fixed data such as logos, text and barcodes, but also for variable data such as expiry dates and batch numbers whilst remaining a great option for those with a smaller budget.
The largest print area in the market (intermittent) for 2” inch Thermal Transfer Overprinters therefore reducing the need for additional stitched machines thus reducing capex outlay.

Product Summary
Our entry level Thermal Transfer Printer, the XL5000, allows you to label products flexibly. It easily copes with regular changes in the message format and the rapid changeover in production.
An extended ribbon capacity (which doesn’t compromise ribbon strength and quality) ensures very little downtime for your production.
With its attractive price, the XL5000 offers coding and marking for a smaller budget. It’s a replacement for the previous entry level, analogue technology (hot stamping) pioneered by our forefathers.
