Product Summary

The HST (High-Speed TAMP) using a pivoting tamp pad with integrated roller contact to follow the contours of uneven products like bags and shrink-wrapped products. As each product passes, only the roller makes contact, while the sloped pad automatically compensates for surface variation. This prevents product deformation and ensures consistent label adhesion.

This innovative design is enhanced by the HST contouring module, which integrates seamlessly with i-mark’s advanced labelling systems. The result is a highly adaptable labelling solution capable of maintaining accuracy at high speeds on demanding packaging formats where flat TAMP systems fail.
